Job Duties:

  • Work the RMA support queue and respond to customer inquiries regarding damaged / lost items, returns, replacements, and exchanges.
  • Help report trending product issues.
  • Analyze and interpret a wide variety of inquiries pertaining to distressed product and determine optimal solutions.
  • Exercise sound judgement when resolving issues.
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of our unique product & procedures and suggest adjustments and enhancements intended to increase productivity.
  • Think outside the box to find creative solutions for internal procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Effectively De-escalate frustrated collectors.

 

Details

  • Full-time position with benefits. (401k, Profit Sharing Plan)
  • In house (temporarily remote due to Covid-19), maintaining a standard 8-hour workday.
  • Applicants will undergo 10-year background, credit and security check.
